This page covers login steps, OTP delivery, password reset, and password rules. For an overview of account types and their attributes, see Account Types.

xperise gives you several ways to log in. Choose the method that is easiest for you:

  • Log in with your email or Vietnam phone number and password.
  • Login with OTP to receive a one-time verification code instead of entering your password.
  • Login with Google to access xperise through your Google account.
Phone Number and OTP Support

xperise currently supports Vietnam phone numbers only.

When you use a registered Vietnam phone number to receive a verification code for login or password reset, you can choose to receive the code through:

  • SMS
  • Zalo

Some businesses require an extra security verification step. When this applies to you, xperise will ask for another verification code after you log in and before you enter your business workspace.

2. Log In With Your Password​

Use this option when you know your password and want to log in using your registered email address or registered Vietnam phone number.

What You Need​

  • Your registered email address or Vietnam phone number.
  • Your password.

Steps​

  1. Enter your registered email address or Vietnam phone number.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Select Log in.
  4. When your information is correct, xperise logs you in.
  5. When your business requires additional security, complete that verification before entering your workspace.

3. Log In With OTP​

OTP is a one-time verification code. You can use Login with OTP whether you already have a password or not.

What You Need​

  • Your registered email address or Vietnam phone number.
  • Access to your email inbox, SMS messages or Zalo app to receive the code.

  1. Select Login with OTP.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Receive the verification code by email.
  4. Enter the code in xperise.
  5. When the code is correct, xperise logs you in.

Steps When Using a Vietnam Phone Number​

  1. Select Login with OTP.
  2. Enter your registered Vietnam phone number.
  3. Choose how you want to receive the code: SMS or Zalo.
  4. Check your selected channel for the verification code.
  5. Enter the code in xperise.
  6. When the code is correct, xperise logs you in.

Example: Login With OTP Through SMS​

xperise sends a verification code by SMS.

Example: Login With OTP Through Zalo​

Select: Login with OTP
Enter: Your registered Vietnam phone number
Choose: Zalo

xperise sends a verification code through the Zalo app.
Enter the code to log in.
Additional Business Security

If your business requires extra security verification, you may be asked to complete another verification step after OTP login.

4. Log In With Google​

Use this option when you want to access xperise through your Google account.

  • Access to your Google account.

  1. Select Login with Google.
  2. Choose your Google account.
  3. Complete Google sign-in.
  4. xperise connects you to your account.
  5. When your business requires additional security, complete the extra verification before entering your workspace.
Important Note

Logging in with Google does not remove additional security verification required by your business.

5. Forgot Your Password?​

Use Forgot password? when you cannot remember your password and want to set a new one. The process has three steps: request a code, verify the code, then set a new password.

:::tip Not trying to reset your password? If you just want to log in without typing your password, use Login with OTP instead. Your current password will not change. :::

Step 1: Enter Your Email or Phone Number​

On the login page, select Forgot password? and enter your registered email address or Vietnam phone number. xperise will send a one-time code to that address or number.

Step 2: Enter the OTP Code​

After requesting the code, you will be taken to a verification form. Enter the one-time code you received. xperise will validate the code before allowing you to proceed.

  • If the code is correct and valid, you are taken to the reset password form.
  • If the code is incorrect or expired, an error is shown and you can try again or request a new code.

Step 3: Set Your New Password​

On the reset password form, enter your new password and confirm it by typing it a second time. Both entries must match. Once saved, your password is updated and you are returned to the login page.

Password requirements:

  • At least 12 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character such as !, @, #, $ or %

Steps When Using Email​

  1. Select Forgot password? on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address and submit.
  3. Open your email inbox and copy the one-time code.
  4. Enter the code in the verification form.
  5. Once verified, enter your new password and confirm it.
  6. Your password is updated — log in with your new password.

Steps When Using a Vietnam Phone Number​

  1. Select Forgot password? on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered Vietnam phone number and submit.
  3. Choose how you want to receive the code: SMS or Zalo.
  4. Enter the code in the verification form.
  5. Once verified, enter your new password and confirm it.
  6. Your password is updated — log in with your new password.

6. Set a Password for the First Time​

There are two situations where you will be asked to set a password for the first time.

:::note Google Login If you log in with Google, xperise will not ask you to set a password. Google login users can always access xperise through their Google account without needing a password. :::

Case 1: You Logged In With OTP (Optional)​

If you log in using OTP and have not set a password yet, xperise may prompt you to create one. This is optional — you can skip it and continue using OTP to log in.

Setting a password gives you an additional way to log in: email or Vietnam phone number and password. You can still use OTP or Google after setting a password.

  1. Log in using OTP.
  2. When xperise shows the Set Password prompt, choose whether to set one now or skip.
  3. If you choose to set a password, enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Once saved, you can use your password, OTP, or Google to log in next time.

Case 2: You Joined via a Corporate Invitation (Required)​

When a business admin invites you to join a business, xperise automatically generates a temporary random password for your account. The first time you log in, you are required to replace this temporary password with your own before you can access the business workspace.

This step is mandatory — you cannot skip it.

  1. Open the invitation link sent to your email and accept the invitation.
  2. Log in using the temporary password provided.
  3. xperise immediately prompts you to set a new password.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.
  5. Once saved, you are taken to your business workspace.

:::warning Temporary Password The temporary password assigned during invitation is for first-time access only. You must replace it before you can use xperise. Do not share the temporary password with anyone. :::

Password Requirements​

Whether setting a password for the first time through OTP login or a corporate invitation, your password must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 12 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character such as !, @, #, $ or %

7. Extra Security Verification Required by Your Business​

Some businesses require an additional verification step to protect company information. This happens after you log in using password, OTP or Google — before you can access your business workspace.

How the Verification Code Is Delivered​

The code can be sent through any channel that is verified and linked to your account. You choose which one you want to use each time.

If your account has more than one verified channel, xperise will ask you to pick one before sending the code.

  2. When your business requires extra verification, xperise shows the verification screen.
  3. If your account has multiple verified channels, select how you want to receive the code: Email, SMS or Zalo.
  4. Receive the security code on your chosen channel.
  5. Enter the code in xperise.
  6. When the code is correct, you are granted access to your business workspace.

:::info No verified channel available? If your account has no verified channel that can be used for extra verification, you will not be able to access the business workspace. Contact your business administrator for help. :::

8. Understanding Verification Codes​

You may receive verification codes for different reasons. Each code works only for the activity for which it was sent.
