Flight Booking Details
The Flight Booking Details screen shows the full record of a single flight booking: its approval status, route, contact information, flight segment, passenger, seat and baggage allocation, and fare. From this screen the user can also act on the booking — cancel it, confirm it, share the itinerary, or contact support.
The screen is reached from a trip's booking list by selecting a booking. The left rail keeps the selected booking card visible (route, travel date, and status) while the main panel shows the detail, and the right rail holds the available actions.
Booking Status
A status badge is shown at the top of the detail panel. It reflects the current state of the booking.

The same status is echoed on the booking card in the left rail (for example, Đã phê duyệt) so it stays visible while scrolling the detail.
Route Summary
A summary strip at the top of the panel shows the trip route at a glance.

Contact Information
The Thông tin liên lạc (Contact Information) section holds the contact details attached to the booking. These are the details the airline or support team uses to reach the traveller, and are not necessarily the passenger's own details.

Flight Details

Passenger
The Hành khách (Passenger) section lists the traveller on the booking, with their identity details.

CCCD/CMND and Hộ chiếu may be empty for domestic bookings where a document is not required. Both fields are shown even when blank so the record is complete.
Seat
The Ghế (Seat) section shows the fare class and the extras included on the booking.

Baggage
The Hành lý (Baggage) section shows the baggage allowance on the booking.

The + Thêm hành lý (Add baggage) button lets the user purchase additional baggage for the booking.
Price
The Giá (Price) section shows the fare breakdown.

Actions
The right rail lists the actions available for the booking.

Cancel booking and Change booking are grouped together in the same menu.
The Quay lại (Back) link at the top left returns to the previous screen (the trip's booking list).
Who Can Request a Change or Cancellation
The Cancel booking and Change booking forms may be submitted by any of the following:

Cancel Booking
The Cancel booking action opens a form where the requester submits a request to cancel the flight booking.
At the current scope, cancellation requests are processed manually by the support team. When a request is submitted, the support team is notified through their Telegram group and handles the request via the admin portal. Submitting the form does not cancel the booking automatically — it raises a request for the support team to action.

A left rail shows a Current flight details card and the main panel holds the cancellation form.

Form Fields
The form is headed "Do you want to cancel this flight booking?"

Cancellation Policy
The policy block summarises the airline's terms for the fare:

Submitting
The Request to cancel booking (Request to cancel booking) button submits the request to the support team.
Change Booking
The Change booking action opens a form where the requester submits a request to change the flight schedule or booking details.

When a request is submitted, the support team is notified through their Telegram group and handles the request via the admin portal. Submitting the form does not change the booking automatically — it raises a request for the support team to action.
Layout
A left rail shows a Current flight details card (same fields as the Cancel form — date, route, flight & carrier, times, PNR, class, and a View cancellation & change policy link). The main panel, headed "What would you like to change?", groups the editable details under the passenger's name (e.g. THI THUY PHUONG NGUYEN (ADULT)).
Editable Sections
Each section has its own Update control so the requester can edit just the part that changed.

Reason and Submitting

The Confirm change button submits the request to the support team. It is enabled only once a change has been made.
